We love living in Carstairs, especially at this time of year when you start to notice the change of the seasons. I found when we lived in the city I didn't notice it as we rushed from one thing to another. I love the fact that our boys can join all the sports that they love and I can enjoy watching them without having to rush off and miss the important goals or experiences. We do not have to "live in the car". We "live" riding and walking on the bike paths, watching out for each others children, talking with people and have time for our family.

Carstairs has a beautiful country lifestyle, the small town feel with access to everything a family needs.

What we like most about living in Carstairs is our home! We are very happy with our Terra Banah Builders duplex which is a sound, quality construction which translates to a peaceful quiet home, and we benefit daily from the many extras which are included as a standard. We feel the after-sale service has been second to none and that the company truly does care about their clients and their needs. As a builder, Terra Banah Builders has exceeded our expectations, and we sincerely hope to upgrade to another Terra Banah home in the near future.

As to why we selected a home in Carstairs, there are many reasons. First and foremost, affordability, as we were able to receive more value for our investment compared to other locations. As well, residing in Carstairs allows one of us an acceptable 45 minutes commute to Calgary, and the other to drive 20 minutes in entire other direction to pursue a career in Olds – which offers us more accessibility to other opportunities. There is no shortage of service providers in Carstairs, nor variety of amenities, but if required, you can rest assured the nearest city is only ten minutes away.
