Gordon began his construction career in 1978 as a Carpenters Apprentice, Superintendent Trainee for Nu-West Homes Development Corporation. Since then he has partnered in a family owned Customer Choice Award Winning home building company and managed a Design and Customer Choice Award Winning custom home and active adult community builder. Gordon is committed to “win-win” business strategies and exceptional customer service.

Petula brings to Terra Banah Builders a wealth of knowledge and experience in design and preparing construction drawings for the new home market. In addition, Petula reviews trade information and creates standards to ensure an improved building process. Her experience with other larger Calgary home builders has solidified her belief in creating and maintaining a process that will ensure consistency as a company grows. Petula loves working with our tradespeople, and runs a tight construction schedule to ensure timely delivery of new homes to our constomers.
